Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Because each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color selection, or change of mind.

Please make sure to review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send an email to:

customerservice@leveaomar.com

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Since all products are made on demand, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, the best solution is to place a new order with the correct size.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
